Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis: A Rare Presenting Manifestation of Conns Syndrome
Abstract
Primary aldosteronism (Conns syndrome) is the most common secondary form of hypertension. Here we report a case of rare presenting manifestation of primary aldosteronism where disease came to clinical picture when patient presented to endocrine department with hypokalemic periodic paralysis.
